Team here at Dons RV was amazing, I knew what I wanted and came from out of town. Everything was ready when I arrived. As a first time trailer buyer I had a bit of anxiety, the team at Dons was great, they heard my concerns and answered all questions. Most importantly they helped me feel comfortable and no pressure. They're also dog friendly which was awesome. Mario in the service department went above and beyond with a hitch issue I had. Would definitely recommend that team to anyone. We traded in our previous toy hauler for a new 2022 Carbon 398 and we can't say enough about the entire staff at Don's RV Center from Kyle, Art & Norville with the sales and finance team to Ernie, Manuel, Mario and the rest of the service team. We worked a deal over the phone and a few days later did a day trip from Las Vegas and back, the entire team made our long trip as quick and convenient as possible. Mario and Manuel took the time to go over the new Carbon inside and out including making sure the setup was safe for the travel back. Huge thanks and appreciation to the entire team, we highly recommend Don's RV Center!

We purchased a new 2023 Montana 3901RK Legacy from Don's RV, during transportation to us there was an unfortunate incident. Don's RV and Service Manager Mario stepped up and took care of the damage/ repairs. Mario did exactly what he told us, he made our RV top priority, performed the repairs and in a "extremely fast" turn around. When we pick up our Montana, Mario went over the scope of work with us and the RV was "clean inside and out". I rarely give reviews, but this is a case of a business and a service person, "Mario" that went above and beyond taking care of a customer.... We really appreciate what you did for us.... Thank you again.

So excited for our new Montana! Purchasing this RV from Don’s RV was a very pleasant & easy experience. Julio Handled our tour through the fifth wheel and was so knowledgeable answering every question regarding any specs, Equipment and sizes… I was very impressed! Norville handled the financing and he was so friendly and outgoing. It was a breeze. Would Recommend checking out Don‘s RV if you’re in the market for Any style of RV!!

We love our RV and had such a great buying experience from Don’s RV. Ours salesman Julio, to the finance manger, to Travis and Mario in parts, and everyone else, thank you for making our first RV experience such a great one. Anyone that wants to tow with their Tesla’s, come here! They did such a great job and will help you get exactly what you need.

Beware, a Private Equity firm recently purchased Don’s RV and their business practices now appear to be less than ethical. For example, I took my new (5 mos. old) trailer in for warranty work. Don’s is approved by the factory for warranty work. When I picked up the trailer Don’s Service Manager, Mario, told me I owed an additional $291 in labor charges that the factory would not cover. I spoke to the factory and was told they approved payment for 100% of the work necessary to complete the job. Mario still demanded the additional money. When I told him to take it up with the factory he became belligerent and told me to either pay up or I was banned from Don's RV. I next went to the office and to speak to the new owner/manager. Both refused to see me and later refused my phone calls. I then blocked my caller ID and tricked Kim, who I assume is the manager, to answer the phone. She told me I was lucky they even agreed to repair the trailer since I bought it elsewhere and that they would not do it again unless I agreed to pay the additional charge. This experience makes me conclude Don's RV typically overcharges for its repair work since the factory reported the dealership had been fairly compensated. Beware!
